JONI PEDDIE – "Sleep: The Swiss Army Knife of Health and peak Performance"
Joni will be sharing how your ability as a Speaker to operate at your desired peak performance level, and be 'extremely influential ' is inextricably linked to your brain! As a Speaker, your brain encodes new information, memorizes your up-to-date facts, and allows you to keep audiences mesmerized with your engaging stories. Unfortunately many of us suffer some degree of burn-out as a result of not understanding how to daily reboot, rest and rejuvenate our brains.
Joni Peddie, CEO of the business: ' Resilience People' will share pragmatic ways on how to do this, even during periods of high speaking demand, and excessive travel.
Joni Peddie is a Behavioural Strategist, single mindedly focusing on the big question of how you enable society to be more productive and humane! Joni has been a Professional Speaker and Corporate Facilitator running her own business for the last 22 years. Her business is called 'Resilient People' and she works in the field of Resilience, Health & Wellbeing in the workplace.
