About Joni Peddie
Joni Peddie's first book: “The FAB Quotient”, aligns with her heartfelt purpose and focus on ‘health being our real wealth” … be mindful about how we: Fuel our bodies, Activate our brains & the last letter of the acronym is B for Behave ...both self compassion and behaviour towards others!
Joni is busy writing her 2nd book: “REBOOT your brain & body: be resilient!”
Joni believes that Personal, Team, Departmental and Organisational “behaviour shifts” require
MEASUREMENT. Measure what matters.
The formula is simple: measurement at the ‘start’ + pragmatic, ‘right fit’ implementation + measurement at the ‘end’ = deliverables and the opportunity to celebrate!
Joni uses internationally accredited Online Assessments including the Enneagram Personality System (www.enneagraminstitute.com) ; Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessments (www.6seconds.org ).
Six Seconds, founded in 1997, and now in 180 countries is the first and largest organization 100% dedicated to the development of Emotional Intelligence.
Joni has run her own business for 23 years. Before that she worked for three multinationals: Unilever; Kimberly Clark and Bristol-Myers Squibb, in marketing; sales and senior leadership positions.
Besides facilitating organisational culture change, team performance workshops; speaking at conferences and writing books, Joni is an avid trail & road runner with 5 Comrades, and 6 Two Oceans Ultra Marathons under her belt.
As a Behavioural Strategist, her fascination lies in meeting and working with people from around the world. She is based in South Africa and loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures. Luckily her husband, Gavin, shares the same interests and they choose off-beat places to travel to …both locally & internationally each year.
Joni's pride and joy are her two daughters, one working, and one still studying at University. She hopes that her mantra rubs off on them …”The Purpose of Life, is a Life of Purpose!”
