There's increasing evidence that spending time in nature – specifically in contact with the earth itself, bare palms and soles in contact with the ground – is good for you. It's not impossible to find time for this, especially if you call it your necessary daily dose of Vitamin G.
So what, now what? Find time in your day to be outside, walking barefoot on the grass or even the sand. Or sit, and literally dig your heels into the earth, arch and flex each foot and then wiggle your toes. Visualise the natural and gentle energy coming from deep within the earth and percolating up through your feet.
