We all desire personal happiness, but often our internal dialogue prevents that from happening. We all have those negative voices in our head: and that voice that we sometimes listen to, even when we know we shouldn't. That voice is most often the source of our own self-sabotage. Flip your words. Be real. Be self-compassionate. We need to learn to love ourselves.
So what, now what? Sit back, be realistic and make time to self reflect. Write down one good thing about yourself EVERY day. Keep your Self Compassion Journal close at hand and update as often as you can.
