Letting go isn't always easy, but it's the only way that new and better things can come along. When we let go, the struggle is over, and new ideas and perspectives can begin to open up.
So what, now what? Practise letting go of what doesn't serve you, such as complaining, comparing yourself to others, negativity, mistakes from the past, or even unnecessary worries about the future.
