Practice Perfect Posture

Posture is more than looking poised and confident. Poor posture can be linked to most aches and pains that we experience like neck pain, lower back pain, bad circulation and even headaches. Sitting and standing correctly are essential and an enabler for our body to function properly.

So what, now what? Stand tall and (try) to keep your ears, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles in alignment with each other.

Avoid slumping at your desk when sitting. Sit tall, walk tall and notice how your confidence levels improve as well!
