4 Engaging Online Modules : each 90 mins 5th Module : Using a Team Dashboard (optional) Prior to the workshop:

Complete an online Internationally validated Assessment (23 years worth of algorithms) 

During the Online Modules:

  1. Each person identifies a current workplace challenge and maps out specific actions and deliverables

  2. Each person populates their own SWOT analysis and commits to an action plan for sustainable behaviour change and this develops Cognitive Flexibility
