Zone Out

Everyday your brain flies at a hundred miles an hour. It's imperative to find calmness, in order to lower your cortisol (stress hormone) levels. Learn to honour yourself with a few minutes of zone-out time per day. You don't have to close your eyes or sit cross-legged as if you're meditating. You just need to sit in absolute silence for a few minutes.


So what, now what? In the hustle and bustle of your day, schedule some time to sit comfortably and breathe deeply for a few minutes.
