Plus, ‘physical frailty’ benchmarks are showing similar improvements.I’ve got a few mates—entrepreneurs well into their 70s and beyond—and a cognitively sharp father-in-law (my late husband’s dad), who’s amazingly sharp mentally, still walking around without a stick and hitting the gym when he can. He’ll be 96 on November 9th this year—what an inspiration!
