📚 New International Monetary Fund research (April 2025) reveals we’re not just living longer—we’re aging better.

A 70-year-old today matches the cognitive sharpness of a 53-year-old in 2000. Plus, ‘physical frailty’ benchmarks are showing similar improvements.I’ve got a few mates—entrepreneurs well into their 70s and beyond—and a cognitively sharp father-in-law (my late husband’s dad), who’s amazingly sharp mentally, still walking around without a stick and hitting the gym when he can. He’ll be 96 on November 9th this year—what an inspiration!

Don Peddie is two and a half decades 'past 70' . (Is that good English?). And I am nearly a decade away from 70! What's important is that we BOTH wake up with 'fire in our belly' ...and a SENSE OF PURPOSE! That's the cherry on the top of Mental, Emotional and Physical Resilience.
