According to the WEF White paper released at Davos 2024 : ' In 2020, 1 billion people were aged above 60; by 2050 this number is projected to have more than doubled to 2.1 billion. ‘

How will longevity impact your business?

I am thrilled that I am in the ‘Resilient People' business ... helping Leaders and Corporate Teams to boost their Mental; Emotional; Physical and 'Sense of Purpose ' resilience.

So whoop.. whoop that there will be more 60 year olds. They will need to possibly keep working and have 'financial resilience' as well.

I recently purchased the book: "Outlive: The Science & Art of Longevity" by Peter Attia, which is all about reimagining longevity by considering both "healthspan" and "lifespan".

He outlines the importance of proactive strategies for longevity, and the concept of Medicine 3.0, which emphasizes a more comprehensive and personalized approach to healthcare.
