I have never (and yes, never is a strong word, but it’s true for me!) connected my mobile to my emails. Sometimes it’s inconvenient, but it definitely reduces my screen time and distractions.

Now, I’m inspired to block the internet on my phone for two weeks. Whoop whoop for mental vitality!
